3. Third-Party Social Logins
To allow cross-platform cloud saves and seamless progression recovery across devices, Mafia Merge supports optional third-party authentication services:

- Steamworks / Epic Account Services (PC Storefronts)
When logging in via these services, we only receive a unique user ID token, display name, and optional avatar URL. We never receive or store your passwords or financial payment card details.

We utilize Unity Analytics and automated crash-logging telemetry to understand how players experience the game, optimize merge item balancing, and fix technical bugs.

All analytics data is processed in aggregate and associated with pseudonymous user IDs.

Mafia Merge offers optional Rewarded Video Ads (such as watching an ad to earn bonus Energy, free Gems, or Merge Boosters). We partner with major compliant ad networks, including:

Mafia Merge features mature noir thematic elements, including 1920s crime syndicates, bootlegger storylines, and stylized violence. The Game is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

1. User License & Agreement
End-User License Agreement (EULA)
These Terms & Conditions govern your download, installation, and play of Mafia Merge, provided by Rigor Studios. By accessing the Game on iOS, Android, PC (Steam/Epic), or web platforms, you agree to these legally binding terms.
Rigor Studios grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use the Game for personal entertainment.

2. In-App Purchases (IAP) & Billing
Mafia Merge includes optional virtual items available for purchase with real money, including:
- Virtual Currency (Gems, Coins)
- Gameplay Energy Refills
- Story Chapter Unlocks & Passes
- Merge Board Boosters & Time Reduction Items
All transactions are processed securely through the official storefront from which you downloaded the Game (Apple App Store, Google Play Billing, Steam In-App Purchasing). Rigor Studios does not directly store credit card or bank credentials. Refunds are governed strictly by the respective storefront's refund policies.

3. Virtual Goods & Currency Rules
Virtual items, Gems, Energy, and Boosters acquired in Mafia Merge represent a limited license right and have no monetary value outside the Game. They cannot be redeemed, sold, or transferred for real-world currency, physical cash, or trade with third parties.

4. Player Code of Conduct & Anti-Cheating
While playing Mafia Merge, you agree NOT to:
- Use memory editors, speed hacks, automated bots, or modified APK/game files.
- Exploit narrative bugs or merge glitches for unfair virtual currency gain.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or steal source code or game assets.
- Engage in chargeback fraud regarding purchased IAP bundles.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent banning without refund.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Creators
All artwork, character design, story dialogue, music, sound synthesis, code, trademarks, and branding associated with Mafia Merge are owned exclusively by Rigor Studios.
Video Streaming & Content Creator Policy
Rigor Studios warmly encourages content creators, YouTubers, and Twitch streamers to record, broadcast, monetize, and review gameplay of Mafia Merge, provided appropriate credit is given to Rigor Studios.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Mafia Merge is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Rigor Studios makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted server availability or fault-free gameplay. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rigor Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or lost data damages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to Mafia Merge shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, with primary jurisdiction held in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
